Charter Chooses Sense Corp as Exclusive Vendor for Next-generation Enterprise Data Warehouse

Project will improve Charter's ability to integrate new subscribers

STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR) today announced it has signed an agreement with management and technology consulting firm Sense Corp to create its next-generation enterprise data warehouse.

Under the agreement, St. Louis-based Sense Corp will act as Charter's exclusive vendor for the business intelligence initiative, as Charter positions itself for growth and enhances its ability to seamlessly integrate new subscribers by early 2015. The project is a critical component of Charter's organic and inorganic growth plans, enhancing the Company's enterprise performance reporting and analytics capabilities to significantly increase customer relationships.

Sense Corp will help Charter's Business Intelligence team deliver advanced analytical capabilities including executive dashboards, performance management reporting, and predictive analytics for their Care, Field Operations, Sales, Marketing and Charter Business organizations.
