Charter Communications and TNT to Offer High Drama in High-Definition
Turner Network Television (TNT) announced today its agreement with Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) to provide customers with the high-definition feed of TNT. Launch dates of the service will vary by market. The 24/7 high-definition presentation of the TNT East Coast feed will offer Charter Communications' customers the broadest range of dramatic programming in HDTV format ever assembled, including series, sports, movies and TNT Originals.

TNT in HD is broadcast in 1080i 24 hours a day. TNT in HD uses Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound for all programming and promotional elements. In addition, TNT in HD presents all of its programming, including promotional content and commercials, in 16:9 wide-screen, giving viewers a consistent viewing experience.
